I have noticed a huge uptick in paranormal activity, I think the forces of good are also getting stronger. Being a sensitive can be a very lonely or unpleasant experience for alot of people. But it doesn't have to be that way.

I am not writing this to insult happy mediums, lol. I am writing to those of you that can't stop asking questions and are unsure.

So if you’re reading this you’re at the point of realizing that you can pick up on things a lot of people don’t or just won’t.  Or you’re losing your mind, right?.... well hopefully wrong on that last one. But with that said, being a sensitive can feel like you’ve lost your mind sometimes. 

I'm assuming your familiar with what it's like right?.... so I don’t need to list all the symptoms like  unexplained onslaught of emotions that are not your own, involuntary paralysis as you see events of the past or the future unfold in your minds eye, shaking someone’s hand and just knowing things about them, things that no one should know. I suppose I had to list a few.

If you are a sensitive and want to live a more holy life and commune with the true God start with some of this prayer to remove any spiritual ties to your old lifestyle, I had to. I had a lot of kundalini and python attachments from my past with divination.

SIMPLE PRAYER TO USE WHILE FASTING

In the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit I ask for help and protection from the kingdom of darkness. From this day forth I dedicate my life to you God. Dear Jesus please forgive me for my sins of pride, I repent of my pride. Please forgive me for thinking I had the power and didn't need you. Dear God, I request that you deal with all loitering spirits . Please Lord force the powers of darkness having assignment against me to hear and obey you who are the Conqueror. May God the Father and Jesus Christ rebuke all principalities of darkness.  I submit to all of the plans you have in this spiritual warfare I am surrounded by.  I accept you into my life Jesus. I glorify and adore the Maker of Heaven and Earth, Jesus Christ our Lord. I humbly request that you provide angels and holy spirit to protect me and my family from spritual harrasment. Dear Lord please help me Through Jesus Christ I pray, who was crucified for us so that we may have an opportunity to live. Amen.

The point of this article is this: there are a lot of people who are sensitive. In fact I am starting to think it is closer to our original state of being (before the fall in Eden) when we were clothed in light and spirit and had a life much closer to what we now think of as a dream state. By that I mean a clearer understanding of more than just this 3D life, the ability to interact with other levels of consciousness naturally without the aid of drugs, or rigorous  training required today to reach similar states. But I am going a little off point with that rabbit hole.

What I really need to address here is this, I see a lot of advice given to noobs that is akin to a spiritual form of Russian Roulette.

Before you accuse me of being dramatic please hear me out and at least read to the end of the page.

Common advice given:

1. Don’t fear your gift.

2. Don’t fear communicating with these spirits.

3. Open yourself up.

Let me briefly touch on why this advice is dangerous:

#1. Don’t fear your gift: While it is great to be positive (love and light and the law of attraction and all that) you also need to gain a healthy respect for what is unfolding inside of you. Do not be cavalier about being a sensitive, it is a truly humbling experience.

#2. Don’t fear communicating with spirits: I’ve said this before I will say it again and again. Us as the humans we currently are, interacting with the ether/spiritual worlds, is like a naked blindfolded child deliberately walking straight into the dark of Central Park and believing anything that anyone who takes you by the blind little hand is whispering in your ear.  We are not fully equipped to understand or comprehend what is really interacting with us. There is often an elaborate masquerade being acted out as many of these creatures try to develop relationships with us, or come in through our gates. We are truly walking blind in this and need the protection and guidance from the biggest most protective spirit we know, YHWH, I AM THAT I AM, THE ALPHA AND THE OMEGA!, GOD.

#3. Open yourself up: now we have all heard scientists mention the universe hates a vacuum, right? Well I have, anyway, being open to swear by, offer up your attention to , or form relationships with the flotsam and jetsam that wears the face of a dead little boy or the poor nurse who killed herself will definitely fill you with something, "and it ain’t the Holy Spirit." Pardon my slang, but that pretty much sums it up in a nutshell. This is also why you hear about so many Christians not doing transcendental meditation or yoga rituals. When you open yourself up to what you suspect is this or that because it fed you a sweet little line about being dead and lonely, you might as well leave the front door of your house open. The front door to your house that's in a crack head neighborhood and just wait for something to slither and creep on into your life.

If you are still reading and haven’t left this website thinking "Ehk!,  she’s talking about GOD!", great. Then I have some simple advice for you from a sensitive who has had to learn the hard way (not bragging, it sucked!)

1. PRAY PRAY PRAY about it, really be honest with GOD and let him know what is in your heart, are you afraid, are you excited? Do you think it's some kind of comic book hero power? ;) What should you do now? Ask him humbly to help you and give you some kind of response, a sign, or a dream? Whatever is on your mind about being a sensitive. Ask for his Holy Spirit to protect you emotionally, spiritually, physically as you begin to learn the way GOD will use you and your senses.

2. If you are a super prim Christian already that has been reared to think that this is the devils work then you are going to miss out on an opportunity to really see God working in your life. You may miss out on an opportunity to really help people. God uses all kinds you know. For people who have the Holy Spirit within them this is called the spirit of discernment. It does not mean go learn how to be a medium, it means you have the ability to discern whether a spirit is of God or The Abyss. Is the spirit of God or is it of darkness. Is this event in line with GOD's will or the will of a lie? Don't fool yourself into thinking He will condone you practicing necromancy.

1. Resist the urge to practice advice from mediums/psychics that have seemingly innocent practices in them, like praying to no one in particular and using a mish mash of pagan and pseudo Christian rituals to protect or otherwise stimulate what ever is going on with you. Just let GOD take care of you.

2. And then... Wait. Tom Petty had it so right when he sang, "the waaaaaaaaaiiiiiiting is the hardest part." I’ve come to the realization that now that I just allow GOD to show me how to help people with my ability it is actually a much more relaxed experience for me. I no longer have a crippling sense of insecurity I used to when I practiced transcendental meditation, or other shaman like rituals to commune with the spirit world before I asked GOD for help.

On Ghosts and moving them to the 'light'

Just because a psychic/medium seems to be successful or have power to really do this or that does not mean that's what's really going on.

These people are having genuine, at times gut wrenching, experiences that are quite real and can cause this reality to pale in comparison. But, their understanding of what they experience is through the eyes of a blind person. Someone describing an alien creature only by what she can touch with just the tip of her finger. Due to her lack of sight she can only see this being with limited means. This is what it is now to be human unfortunately, when we interact with all the different realities surrounding us.

Do you follow me? What I am trying to explain is this, just because a talented medium sees all this activity going on does not mean that it is still happening. It does not mean there is a dead person trapped in a mundane life waiting for you to tell them they are dead. Some sad person just floating about waiting for someone to move them along.

Do you really think that with all the natural laws we have in this universe that there is no law for death?

I'll let you sit with that for a sec.... do you understand what the implications of that are on the paranormal community?

Just because some one glimpses the sad life of a long dead person does not mean that person who is dead is still living that sad life.

This sensitive is just picking up on memories, echoes of the distant past. The past and sometimes the future (remote viewing). The paranormal world is rife with postulating experts, even I fall into that category. But I am offering a brutally honest opinion of the experiences and the facts I have gathered over the years for those of us who are tireless enough to keep asking hard questions.

Just remember that even people with really bad advice are as sincere as any Saint you could ever meet. Take it slow, and do not force it. Let the Holy Spirit show you the way, after all He is a spirit too. Why not listen to His advice for a while, you have everything to gain, and He has an ancient reputation for giving great advice.
